Future Hydraulik’s NUVO Clean Kit is engineered to effectively clean hydraulic hoses ranging from -04 through -32 sizes. Designed for use both after cutting and after crimping, the system helps ensure hoses meet the cleanliness standards critical to hydraulic system performance and reliability.
NUVO cleaning projectiles are specifically developed to clean the inside diameter of hydraulic hoses and tubing after cutting and prior to final assembly, removing rubber debris, dust, metal shavings, and other loose particles generated during preparation. They are also recommended after crimping to ensure no residual contaminants remain before installation into the hydraulic system.
These precision-sized projectiles are propelled through the hose using compressed air, wiping and capturing contaminants as they travel through the inner tube. This process helps remove particles that can compromise fluid cleanliness and damage sensitive hydraulic components.
